Payment Terms: Payment must be made at time of purchase with Credit Card. Call 800/977-6926 to place orders.

Freight: FOB IL 60069 (Flatware/Holloware), MN 55439 (Insulated Beverage Products).

Returns: All returns must be authorized by calling 847/327-9100.

Lost & Damaged Shipments: Risk of loss is buyer's upon delivery to carrier. Seller shall not be responsible for delays and/or damages in transit. The carrier is hereby declared to be the agent of the buyer.

All shortages and/or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to the carrier and to Myco. Secure an inspection report from the carrier. Concealed damage not reported to Myco within 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for credit.
