This privacy policy covers how Myco Tableware, Inc. treats personal identifiable information such as a) first and last name; (b) home or other physical address; (c) an email address; (d) a telephone number; (e) any information collected from a user related to product sales (ecommerce) including credit card numbers, account information, shipping addresses in addition to a, b, c and d above; (f) any other identifier that permits the physical or online contacting of a specific individual. 2. What information does Myco Tableware collect?
Myco Tableware provides contact forms, dealer inquiry forms, a new product idea form, and a complete ecommerce area which allows us to sell our products online. The information collected from these forms is stored in a historical database and not shared with any other firm or individual.

A general database of all requests is kept and Myco Tableware may send occasional emails to our customers regarding special offers, or other information pertinent to Myco. If you wish to opt out of our mailing list there will be a link at the bottom of all emails allowing you to do so after which you will be permanently removed from our email database. Myco Tableware will never rent, sell, share, trade or in any way divulge its customer list to any outside firm or individual. Myco accomplishes this through technology provided by a GeoTrust Secure Certificate, providing true 128-bit encryption per industry standards.
6. What information about site visits is collected by Myco Tableware?
IP Address - We collect your IP address to measure our incoming traffic and better understand who is visiting our site, and what we can do to improve our site and make it a better experience for our customers.
Referral Web site - If you were referred from another site such as a search engine, we collect that information so we can better determine where our traffic is coming from.
Browser Type - We collect information about the browser you are using to help us bring consistent web viewing across all platforms and browsers.
